How much are the homeowner dues? Homeowner due are $119.00 per quarter or $476.00 annually. Payment should be made to Gran Forest HOA and sent to our management company.

Where can Gran Forest Homeowner Documents be obtained? The Homeowner Documents (CC&R's, Bylaws and Design Standards) are available electronically on this web site- to access them, click on the Homeowner Docs link at the top of this page. Also, hard copies can be obtained from our Management Company.

Where do I get a Key to the Pool House/Restrooms? Contact the HOA President (see the BOD page for contact information) or the Management Company. Homeowners must be current on their dues before keys will be issued. What about the Pool House second gate? This gate is a security gate for when the pool is closed, either out of season or due to pool mechanical/water quality problems. If you need access, please contact a Board member. What about a key for the Tennis Courts? The key to the tennis courts is the same as the Pool House key.

Where do I get a key to the poolhouse? See Keys, above. What are the pool Open/Close dates? The pool opens in May as soon as weather permits. A sign will be posted indicating the pool is open for use. The pool closes as late in September as weather permits, and a sign will be posted indicating the pool is closed. What are the Pool Rules? The pool rules can be found on this web site- to access them, click on the Homeowner Docs link on the top of this page and continue to the pool rules link.

Where do I get a key to the tennis courts? See Keys, above. Can the tennis courts be reserved? Yes, there is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board. How do the lights work at the tennis court? The lights to the tennis courts work by a light switch to the left of the gate. The lights are on a timer, just turn the timer to the desired amount of time. Make sure the switch is off when done. Is there a community tennis team? Yes. There is a competitive men's tennis team (part of the ALTA organization). Is the Lake available to all residents? No. The residents around the lake own to the center of the lake. Be sure to obtain the owner's permission before going to the lake.

Who do I contact about streetlights not working? If you see a streetlight not working, please contact Sawnee at (770) 887.2363 and provide them the number on the pole and the street address of the nearest house (or if between two houses, both addresses). What trash company is recommended? The Board is supporting Red Oak Sanitation as the recommended Trash/Yard Waste/etc service company for Gran Forest Homeowners. Contact a Red Oak representative at
